What type "features" should we include in our site?
You'll want to include photos and brief descriptions of each room in your home. In addition, any feature you think will help you sell your home is okay. For example, if you have crown moulding in any particular room, it should be photographed and highlighted in the respective narrative. Some other possibilities include:
Exterior
- Backyard Equipment to Remain
- Out-Buildings
- New Roof or Paint
- Fencing
- Sod
Interior
- Fireplaces/Gas Logs
- Hardwood
- New Carpet
- Refrigerator (if Remaining)
- Chandeliers
- Large Rooms
- Built-in Shelving

What type items should we include on the menu?
Other than the items expected on a menu (Home, Features, Map & Contact), the menu allows for non-home items which may help to sell your home. For example, if your home is in a well respected school district, "Schools" is a must-have selection on the menu. Some other possibilities include:
- Taxes
- Utilities
- Plat
- Floor Plan
- Community
- Entertainment

When do I pay for my website?
Two payments will be required to establish your site. The type of site requested determines when the initial payment is due.
- FSBO Sites: One half of your total invoice is payable to the photographer as s/he shoots your home.
- Realtor Assist Sites: One half of your total invoice is payable when your realtor delivers the photos and narrative.
An invoice for the final payment will be emailed the day your site goes live. Payment will be due 5 business days after submission of the final invoice.
